You can also chose stairs made from beech, ash tree or oak.<BR>11) INTERIOR FINISHING<BR>All walls and ceilings are painted in white, using exclusively washable paint.<BR>All bathrooms, lavatories and toilets walls are entirely water resistant covered.<BR>All ceilings have a white dispersion layer.<BR>The kitchen walls are water resistant covered in food preparing area.<BR>12) FLOOR FINISHING<BR>We offer various covering of the carpet floor, slide parquet or grit stone, according to the client option.<BR>13) THE KITCHEN<BR>Connection to water supply is assured for sink and washing machine.<BR>Cold and hot water plumbing to all taps.<BR>Connection to sewer system is guaranteed.<BR>14) SANITARY ENDOWMENT<BR>Prefabricated houses with Sandwich type walls are equipped with standard white sanitary objects. The pipes for cold and hot water are made out of copper or plastic VPE and they are installed in necessary diameter starting from the water meter.<BR>We also provide external tap with sewer tap and rebound valve for washing machine connection.
